TEN BREEDS OF DOG....
I highlighted ten breeds of dog that have become subject to bans
throughout the world for their immensity and aggression. The fact is,
big dogs often get a bum rap. Many little dogs bite as much, if not more
frequently than their larger brethren. Because of their smaller size,
the bites aren’t serious and rarely require medical attention, which
skews the statistics unfairly. Below is a list of ten breeds that, while
small or not otherwise overtly intimidating, are frequently
underestimated.
Dachshund means ‘badger dog’ in German, and any canine bred for the purpose of dealing with such a beast is no joke. A badger is a fierce enemy, pound for pound one of the most dangerous creatures on earth; the dachshund had to match it in intensity to have any chance of surviving an encounter. Often ridiculed as a ‘wiener dog,’ its somewhat clownish physiology allows it to pursue its quarry into underground burrows. Generally weighing under 30 pounds, the dachshund is willful and snappish, and various studies have shown it to be more prone to violence against people and other animals than either Rottweilers or pit bulls, some showing to be the most aggressive of all dogs.

The Chow is one of the most primitive dog breeds on earth. Although it has a cuddly, bear or leonine appearance, it is naturally very aggressive and unpredictable. Deep-set sunken eyes lend the Chow a very limited peripheral vision, making it easy to startle and annoy the dog unintentionally. It is intensely loyal to its master and suspicious of strangers, and some claim its aloof personality is somewhat cat-like. Weighing up to 70lbs, the purple-tongued Chow was used for hunting and guarding in its native China, and was also frequently eaten, which may go a long way toward explaining its charming personality.

Best remembered as Frasier Crane’s pet Moose, or the eponymous Wishbone from the children’s book and television series, the Jack Russell is foremost a working terrier. Only recently kept as a house pet in any large numbers, this sturdy dog was bred to take on foxes and pursue vermin underground. Bored or improperly socialized Jack Russells can be dangerous, and though they rarely top 20lbs, they have a tenacious temperament backed up by wicked little jaws, and they will never back down from a fight, regardless of the adversary.

When the animated film 101 Dalmatians hit theaters in 1961 and its live action remake dropped in 1996, the Dalmatian experienced a heretofore unheralded jump in popularity. Unfortunately, many parents buying the dogs had no idea what they were getting themselves into. A medium sized dog which can reach 70lbs at its upper spectrum, the Dalmatian was bred in Yugoslavia to accompany and guard carriages. It acquired its reputation as a firehouse dog in its earliest days, when firemen used wagons; the Dalamatian has a special affinity with horses. It is a protective, independently responsive animal not best suited for homes with small children. Like all high strung dogs, if it is not exercised sufficiently, it can become destructive and nasty.

With their floppy ears, doe eyes, and Disney pedigree, it is hard to imagine a dog less intimidating than a Cocker Spaniel. Unfortunately, this is an extremely sensitive breed, often bordering on outright neurotic. Socialization is integral for Cockers, but even the best training cannot overcome the genetic rage syndrome that they are known for. Spaniels with rage syndrome will lash out ferociously without any provocation. Moments later, they return their normal, placid selves seemingly with no recollection of the attack. There is no “cure” for rage syndrome, although anti-epilepsy medications have occasionally proven effective.

The Bull Terrier’s comical, egg-shaped head and its appearances as Spuds MacKenzie and the Target mascot have done much to paint this breed in a false light. In reality, the Bull Terrier’s history is similar to that of the Pit Bull, used in bloody baiting sports. They were particularly effective in ratting games, being tossed into a hole swarming with rodents and dispatching dozens at a time. Today, it is far gentler than in the past, but it maintains some of its gladiator genes. If not properly trained by a dominant owner, the Bull Terrier can become bossy, and acts of aggression against other dogs and animals are part of its character. They are also prone to certain conditions, including deafness and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

Once among the rarest dogs on the planet, the pudgy, wrinkly Shar Pei has been a resident of China for over two thousand years. There is no clear link between them, but it is likely that the Shar Pei and the Chow Chow have a common ancestor; both are extremely antiquated breeds and sport the distinctive purple tongue. Although they look cute on motivational posters, the Shar Pei’s loose skin has a gruesome purpose – it allowed the dog to twist and bite during dog fights, leaving it capable of retaliating even if an opponent got a good hold in. While their popularity as dog fighters has subsequently waned (due to comparative rarity and the overwhelming dominance of western bull-breeds), the Shar Pei maintains its guarding instincts and a serious temperament.

Unlike most of the breeds on this list, the Pekingese has a royal pedigree. Another ancient breed, for many years only denizens of the Chinese Imperial Palace could keep them. They were not imported out of their native country until 1860, when British and French troops invaded during the Second Opium War and took some home. Blunt faced, furry little gremlins, their temperament is somewhat reflective of being the pampered, overindulged pet of royalty. They are not keen on strangers or children, and will take on other dogs despite being relatively defenseless themselves.

Charlie Brown’s pet Snoopy is the world’s most famous beagle, a plucky hunting breed of small to medium size. Like a lot of the other dogs on this list, its recent working heritage has instilled in it a sometimes unmanageable drive. This excitable, impetuous will makes the beagle very hard to train and may cause it to act out inappropriately, including biting. If it catches a tantalizing scent, the beagle will often become completely unresponsive to its master. Given the proper foundation, they are known to make wonderful pets, but they suffer greatly from any indulgence.

The smallest of all dog breeds, the Chihuahua seems to maintain an urge to overcompensate for its size. Under six pounds at maturity, these quivering balls of nerves are especially unsuitable for homes with children. They are known to bond intensely with their owners to the point of obsession, lashing out viciously at anyone else who approaches, including larger dogs. More than anything, Chihuahuas are a victim of their masters, allowed and even encouraged to perpetrate behaviors which would never be tolerated in a larger dog. Called ‘small dog syndrome,’ this can only be overcome if the owner is willing to demand respect. Chihuahuas suffer a litany of health problems, probably due to a certain amount of inbreeding early in their history necessary to achieve their tiny size.

FAMILY BREAK UPS
SECRET FOR LIFE
"I saw daddy kissing with other girl on a public place..yet when i tell my mom, she never believe me," a 9 year old girl exclaimed.
Why some tried to save marriage and why some continue to destruct it? This may be a simple question but it really hard to answer especially if you don't experienced it.
I was came from a broken family. My parents where separated when i was 16 year old and a 4th year in high school.Yet i never rebel to the world. Instead i schooled with high grades and some awards. Even my parents were separated, I used that negative effect to have a positive outcome.
Failures may be hurt. Never expect always yet must do the things. There is no perfect things but think for the right.

Online Relationship: A Success or Destruction
A Stress or a Happiness
Online sites are trending anywhere...young and old ones were updated on latest news and trends. But in fact even it gives us what we call happiness yet we cannot denied the facts that most of it is a destruction.
People don't mind on the consequences bring of online life...as they can smile and type on keyboard...laugh and mad but the behind is that,we have most problem with it than having a problem in real life....Statistics shows that some few cases of stress and depression are failure to gain the expectant of a person on online...Some couples having relationship ended with marriage and some single ended with ending their lives....frustration and anger...yet all were believe only to the views on controlling the activities. Some cases of crimes cause on online...girls that believing that guy will marry them..but ended with drug carrier....some have also marry but because they don't know well the person it ended with divorce, separation or some in death....
These are the saddest thing will happen if even our own-selves will not guided as well. Every person we meet and get some opinion answered that they gain enjoyable time on online but on the other part consequences will still remain as it is.

“The amount of happiness that you have depends on the amount of freedom you have in your heart.”
When a relationship ends, it’s tempting to dwell on what you did wrong or what you could have done differently. This might seem productive—like you can somehow change things by rehashing it. You can’t.
All dwelling does is cause you to suffer. When you start revisiting the past in your head, pull yourself into the moment. Focus on the good things in your current situation: the friends who are there for you and the lessons you’ve learned that will help you with future relationships.
It might help to tell your friends to only let you vent for 10 minutes at a time. That way you’re free to express your feelings, but not drown in them.
2. Work on forgiving yourself
You might think you made the biggest mistake of your life, and if only you didn’t do it you wouldn’t be in pain right now. Don’t go down that road—there’s nothing good down there!
Instead, keep reminding yourself that you are human. You’re entitled to make mistakes; everyone does. And you will learn from them and use those lessons to improve your life.
Also, keep in mind: if you want to feel love again in the future, the first step is to prepare yourself to give and receive it. You can only do that if you feel love toward yourself; and that means forgiving yourself.
3. Don’t think about any time as lost
If I looked at that unhealthy relationship or the following decade as time lost, I’d underestimate all the amazing things I did in that time. True, I was single throughout my 20s, but that made it easier to travel and devote myself to different passions.
If you’ve been clinging to the past for a while and now feel you’ve missed out, shift the focus to everything you’ve gained. Maybe you’ve built great friendships or made great progress in your career.
When you focus on the positive, it’s easier to move on because you’ll feel empowered and not victimized (by your ex, by yourself, or by time.) Whatever happened in the past, it prepared you for now—and now is full of opportunities for growth, peace, and happiness.
4. Remember the bad as well as the good
Brain scientists suggest nearly 20 percent of us suffer from “complicated grief”—a persistent sense of longing for someone we lost with romanticized memories of the relationship. Scientists also suggest this is a biological occurrence; that the longing can have an addictive quality to it, actually rooted in our brain chemistry.
As a result, we tend to remember everything with reverie, as if it was all sunshine and roses. If your ex broke up with you, it may be even more tempting to imagine she or he was perfect and you weren’t. In all reality, you both have strengths and weaknesses and you both made mistakes.
Remember them now. As I mentioned in the post 40 Ways to Let Go and Feel Less Pain, it’s easier to let go of a human than a hero.
5. Reconnect with who you are outside a relationship
Unless you hop from relationship to relationship, odds are you lived a fulfilling single life before you got into this one. You were strong, satisfied and happy—at least on the whole.
Remember that person now. Reconnect with any people or interests that may have received less attention while you were attached.
The strong, happy, passionate person you were attracted your ex. That person will get you through this loss and attract someone equally amazing in the future when the time is right. Not a sad, depressed, guilt-ridden person clutching to what once was. If you can’t remember who you are, get to know yourself now. What do you love about life?

6. Create separation.
Hope can be a terrible thing if it keeps you stuck in the past. It’s not easy to end all contact when you feel attached to someone. Breaking off the friendship might feel like ruining your chances at knowing love again.
It’s helped me to change my hopes to broader terms. So instead of wanting a specific person to re-enter your life, want love and happiness—whatever that may look like.
You will know love again. You won’t spend the rest of your life alone. In one way or another, you will meet all kinds of people and create all kinds of possibilities for relationships—if you forgive yourself, let go, and open yourself up, that is.
7. Let yourself feel
Losing a relationship can feel like a mini-death, complete with a grieving process.
First you’re shocked and in denial. You don’t believe it’s over and you hold out hope. Next you feel hurt and guilty. You should have done things differently. If you did you wouldn’t be in this pain.
Then you feel angry and maybe even start bargaining. It would be different if you gave it a second go. You wouldn’t be so insecure, defensive, or demanding. Then you might feel depressed and lonely as it hits you how much you’ve lost.
Eventually you start accepting what happened and shift your focus from the past to the future.
You have to go through the feelings as they come, but you can help yourself get through them faster. For example, if you’re dwelling in guilt, make forgiving yourself a daily practice. Read books on it, meditate about it or write about it in a journal.
8. Remember the benefits of moving on
When you let go, you give yourself peace.
Everything about holding on is torturous. You regret, you feel
ashamed and guilty, you rehash, you obsess—it’s all an exercise in
suffering. The only way to feel peace is to quiet the thoughts that threaten it.
Letting go opens you up to new possibilities.
When you’re holding onto something, you’re less open to giving and receiving anything else.
If you had your arms wrapped around a huge bucket of water, you wouldn’t be able to give anything other than that bucket, or grab anything else that came your way. You might even struggle breathing because you’re clutching something so all-encompassing with so much effort.
You have to give to receive. Give love to get love, share joy to feel joy. It’s only possible if you’re open and receptive.
9. Recognize and replace fearful thoughts
When you’re holding onto a relationship, it’s usually more about attachment than love. Love wants for the other person’s happiness. Fear wants to hold onto whatever appears to make you happy so you don’t have to feel the alternative.
You might not recognize these types of fearful thoughts because they become habitual. Some examples include: I’ll never feel loved again. I’ll always feel lonely. I am completely powerless. Replace those thoughts with: All pain passes eventually. It will be easier if I help them pass by being mindful. I can’t always control what happens to me, but I can control how I respond to it.
10. Embrace impermanence
Nothing in life lasts forever. Every experience and relationship eventually runs its course.
The best way to embrace impermanence is to translate it into action. Treat each day as a life unto itself. Appreciate the people in front of you as if it were their last day on earth. Find little things to gain in every moment instead of dwelling on what you lost.
When I feel like clinging to experiences and people, I remind myself the unknown can be a curse or an adventure. It’s up to me whether or not I’m strong and positive enough to see it as the latter.
–
It took me eight years to work through my feelings about relationships and letting go; but I am happy to report I am 15 months into a healthy relationship, standing firmly on my own two feet. In fact, last night he flew from California to Boston, where I’ve been visiting for the last two weeks, to spend time with me and my family.
I don’t regret the time when I was single, but I know now I could have hurt less and created even more possibilities for myself if I put more effort into completely letting go. I hope you’ll make that choice.

crazzy maths
Math can be terrifying for many people. This list will hopefully
improve your general knowledge of mathematical tricks and your speed
when you need to do math in your head.
1. The 11 Times Trick
We all know the trick when multiplying by ten – add 0 to the end of the number, but did you know there is an equally easy trick for multiplying a two digit number by 11? This is it:
Take the original number and imagine a space between the two digits (in this example we will use 52:
5_2
Now add the two numbers together and put them in the middle:
5_(5+2)_2
That is it – you have the answer: 572.
If the numbers in the middle add up to a 2 digit number, just insert the second number and add 1 to the first:
9_(9+9)_9
(9+1)_8_9
10_8_9
1089 – It works every time.
2. Quick Square
If you need to square a 2 digit number ending in 5, you can do so very easily with this trick. Mulitply the first digit by itself + 1, and put 25 on the end. That is all!
252 = (2x(2+1)) & 25
2 x 3 = 6
625
3. Multiply by 5
Most people memorize the 5 times tables very easily, but when you get in to larger numbers it gets more complex – or does it? This trick is super easy.
Take any number, then divide it by 2 (in other words, halve the number). If the result is whole, add a 0 at the end. If it is not, ignore the remainder and add a 5 at the end. It works everytime:
2682 x 5 = (2682 / 2) & 5 or 0
2682 / 2 = 1341 (whole number so add 0)
13410
Let’s try another:
5887 x 5
2943.5 (fractional number (ignore remainder, add 5)
29435
4. Multiply by 9
This one is simple – to multiple any number between 1 and 9 by 9 hold both hands in front of your face – drop the finger that corresponds to the number you are multiplying (for example 9×3 – drop your third finger) – count the fingers before the dropped finger (in the case of 9×3 it is 2) then count the numbers after (in this case 7) – the answer is 27.
5. Multiply by 4
This is a very simple trick which may appear obvious to some, but to others it is not. The trick is to simply multiply by two, then multiply by two again:
58 x 4 = (58 x 2) + (58 x 2) = (116) + (116) = 232
6. Calculate a Tip
If you need to leave a 15% tip, here is the easy way to do it. Work out 10% (divide the number by 10) – then add that number to half its value and you have your answer:
15% of $25 = (10% of 25) + ((10% of 25) / 2)
$2.50 + $1.25 = $3.75
7. Tough Multiplication
If you have a large number to multiply and one of the numbers is even, you can easily subdivide to get to the answer:
32 x 125, is the same as:
16 x 250 is the same as:
8 x 500 is the same as:
4 x 1000 = 4,000
8. Dividing by 5
Dividing a large number by five is actually very simple. All you do is multiply by 2 and move the decimal point:
195 / 5
Step1: 195 * 2 = 390
Step2: Move the decimal: 39.0 or just 39
2978 / 5
step 1: 2978 * 2 = 5956
Step2: 595.6
9. Subtracting from 1,000
To subtract a large number from 1,000 you can use this basic rule: subtract all but the last number from 9, then subtract the last number from 10:
1000
-648
step1: subtract 6 from 9 = 3
step2: subtract 4 from 9 = 5
step3: subtract 8 from 10 = 2
answer: 352
10. Assorted Multiplication Rules
Multiply by 5: Multiply by 10 and divide by 2.
Multiply by 6: Sometimes multiplying by 3 and then 2 is easy.
Multiply by 9: Multiply by 10 and subtract the original number.
Multiply by 12: Multiply by 10 and add twice the original number.
Multiply by 13: Multiply by 3 and add 10 times original number.
Multiply by 14: Multiply by 7 and then multiply by 2
Multiply by 15: Multiply by 10 and add 5 times the original number, as above.
Multiply by 16: You can double four times, if you want to. Or you can multiply by 8 and then by 2.
Multiply by 17: Multiply by 7 and add 10 times original number.
Multiply by 18: Multiply by 20 and subtract twice the original number (which is obvious from the first step).
Multiply by 19: Multiply by 20 and subtract the original number.
Multiply by 24: Multiply by 8 and then multiply by 3.
Multiply by 27: Multiply by 30 and subtract 3 times the original number (which is obvious from the first step).
Multiply by 45: Multiply by 50 and subtract 5 times the original number (which is obvious from the first step).
Multiply by 90: Multiply by 9 (as above) and put a zero on the right.
Multiply by 98: Multiply by 100 and subtract twice the original number.
Multiply by 99: Multiply by 100 and subtract the original number.
Bonus: Percentages
Yanni in comment 23 gave an excellent tip for working out percentages, so I have taken the liberty of duplicating it here:
Find 7 % of 300. Sound Difficult?
Percents: First of all you need to understand the word “Percent.” The first part is PER , as in 10 tricks per listverse page. PER = FOR EACH. The second part of the word is CENT, as in 100. Like Century = 100 years. 100 CENTS in 1 dollar… etc. Ok… so PERCENT = For Each 100.
So, it follows that 7 PERCENT of 100, is 7. (7 for each hundred, of only 1 hundred).
8 % of 100 = 8. 35.73% of 100 = 35.73
But how is that useful??
Back to the 7% of 300 question. 7% of the first hundred is 7. 7% of 2nd hundred is also 7, and yep, 7% of the 3rd hundred is also 7. So 7+7+7 = 21.
If 8 % of 100 is 8, it follows that 8% of 50 is half of 8 , or 4.
Break down every number that’s asked into questions of 100, if the number is less then 100, then move the decimal point accordingly.
EXAMPLES:
8%200 = ? 8 + 8 = 16.
8%250 = ? 8 + 8 + 4 = 20.
8%25 = 2.0 (Moving the decimal back).
15%300 = 15+15+15 =45.
15%350 = 15+15+15+7.5 = 52.5
Also it’s usefull to know that you can always flip percents, like 3% of 100 is the same as 100% of 3.
35% of 8 is the same as 8% of 35.

We all know the trick when multiplying by ten – add 0 to the end of the number, but did you know there is an equally easy trick for multiplying a two digit number by 11? This is it:

I saw an angel
She stole my heart with a blink of an eye
that is a fact that I can not deny
That I fall in love on this sweet day
When she took by breath away
She don't know what she have done to me
It’s like I was blind and now I can see
That she is really an angel sent from above
to take care of me and show me what is love?
Her existence diminished my tears
And her touch have chased away my fears
When I see her name on my mobile
I really can’t hold my smile
It so magical those things she've made
to bring back my faith that almost fade
Deep inside i said:
It’s a dream that’s so good to be true
to be loved by some one like you
Now I have found what I am looking for
it’s you and your love and nothing more
I’ll love, honor you till the end
Even if I am nothing more than a friend
that is a fact that I can not deny
That I fall in love on this sweet day

"Don't let someone create you, because they might just destroy you"
"Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak …
sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go"
I've learned-
That you cannot make someone love you, all you can
do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them that no
matter how much I care, some people just don't care back.
"Promises mean everything, but after they are broken, sorry means nothing."
I've learned-
That
it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it. That
it's not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that
counts.
"Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens."
I've learned -
That you can get by on charm for about
fifteen minutes. After that, you better know something. That you

something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.
"The longer the explanation, the bigger the lie."
I've learned-

it's taking me a long time to become the person that I want to be. That
you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the

"In the eyes of a child you will see...the world as it should be."
I've learned-
That

cruel. That true friendship continues to grow over the longest distance,
and the same goes for true love.
"The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said."
I've learned-
That just
because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean
they don't love you with all they have. That maturity has more to do
with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from
them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
"Who cannot understand your silence, cannot understand your words."
I've learned-
That
you should never tell a child their dreams are unlikely or outlandish.
Few things are more humiliating, and what tragedy it would be if they
believed it. That no matter how good your friend is, they're going to

broken; the world doesn't stop for your grief.
"Some people are puzzles that are best understood in pieces rather than put together."
I've learned-
That
our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we
are responsible for whom we become. That just because two people argue,
it doesn't mean that they don't love each other, and just because they
don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.
"Sometimes all you need in the end is someone who will hold you and say everything is alright..."
I've learned-

TRADITIONS RULE LIFE OR ENDS LIFE.....
Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful...And one most important things in life is know how to keep problems from tackling you first....
India is one of the country who has rich in cultures and traditions but sad to say one of those countries where the world's suicide capital.....specifically the south India....
- Out of every three cases of suicide reported every 15 minutes in India, one is committed by a youth in the age group of 15 to 29.
- In the Union Territory of Pondicherry, every month at least 15 youths between the ages of 15 and 25 commit suicide.
- In 2002, there were 10,982 suicides in Tamil Nadu, 11,300 in Kerala, 10,934 in Karnataka, and 9,433 in Andhra Pradesh.
- In 2003, the largest number of farmers -- around 175 -- committed suicide in Andhra Pradesh.
- Kerala, the country's first fully literate state, has the highest number of suicides. Some 32 people commit suicide in Kerala every day(this according to rediff.com)These statistics are startling. Southern India is the country's information technology hub. The southern region is competing with northern India to become the country's economic powerhouse. But south India has another distinction, one that it would rather not have: the region accounts for the world's largest number of suicides by young people, according to The Lancet, the respected British medical journal. Some 50,000 people in the four states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh and the Union Territory of Pondicherry kill themselves every year. This statistic becomes even more alarming when you consider that the total number of suicide cases recorded in the whole of India in 2002 was 154,000.The Lancet has published an authoritative study on suicides in southern India in its April edition. The study says the suicide rates among young men and women in southern India are the highest in the world.Experts like him put forward various reasons for the dismal state of mental health among people in the South. Some of these reasons, which mental health experts term 'acute stress factors,' include:
- Family conflicts, domestic violence, academic failures, and unfulfilled romantic ideals.
- Voracious appetite for high-end consumer goods spurred by moneylenders and hire-purchase schemes.
- The wide gap between people's aspirations and actual capabilities.
- The disintegration of traditional social support mechanisms as was prevalent in joint families.
- Emergence of a trend towards nuclear families, alcohol abuse, financial instability and family dysfunction.
- A growing population of the aged.
- Failure of crops, huge debt burdens, growing costs of cultivation, and shrinking yield."Children are not brought up peacefully. They are under pressure to deliver at school; they are under pressure to appear for competitive examinations. After they reach puberty, no one in the family gives them any advice about the meaning of life.""The value of life lies not in the length of days, but in the use we make of them. A man may live long, yet get little from life. Whether you find satisfaction in life depends not on your tale of years, but on your will......
Life
Live Life , Laugh lots , Love Forever
We were put on this planet
To live and to love.
To cherish the ones in our lives.
And never let them get hurt.......
Safety is a priority
But danger is an outcome.
Why is it, that we work so very hard?
For something that will still happen
in the end........
Should we care about our lives,
Or sit and waste it away.
"It doesn't matter, were all going to
die someday!"
These words fill our heads
With sad confusion. There's no end
We get lost with the love
We want to have.
There is no conclusion to all
this pain.
But an answer that comes
Just the same.
The negative side seems to win,
But the positive side seems to
Glow.
We are who we choose to be,
So be careful who you choose.
Love everyday like there is no
Tomorrow....
And give to others the joy of life
So no one will hurt.
Love, And love will love you back.
Open your arms to life
And life will hug you back!
Don't be scared!
Life is still a one time thing!
To live and to love.
To cherish the ones in our lives.
And never let them get hurt.......
Safety is a priority
But danger is an outcome.
Why is it, that we work so very hard?
For something that will still happen
in the end........

Believe in Your Self |
Accept what is
There is only so much we can affect. What we cannot change, what we cannot influence no matter what, should not be a concern to us. This is what I notice with so many people, in that we focus and linger on things which we have no control over. Why worry about something that all the worrying in the world will not change? Why care about what other people think of us when we’re not even sure what it is they are actually thinking? Once you open the blinds to this fact, and start accepting what is that you cannot change, you automatically relieve yourself of a mountain of stress and anxiety. It’s like a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Taking this path is following a road towards peace.
Meditate
If you have a lot on your mind and you feel like your thoughts are driving you crazy, meditation can help you find peace. Simply close everything, sit back, close your eyes, and clear your mind of every single thought. Focus on the emptiness. You will be surprised what a mere 20 minutes of meditation can do to turn things around for you.
Spend time in nature
We spend so much time confined in buildings of steel and concrete and bricks that we quickly forget where we come from. It is natural for us to be in nature, and this is why it feels so good and it is so peaceful when you take a walk in a park or bike on a trail in the forest. As I am typing this blog, I am looking out my window to this gigantic tree in front of my house. Watching its stillness, with the wind blowing through its branches calmly, it is a sight that not only inspires me, but that I find peace within it.
Learn the power of a smile
Whenever you are laughing or smiling, something interesting happens. Not only does something happen on a chemical level to make you feel better, but it also stops all stress and negativity from entering your psyche. A simple smile can make such a difference. For example, the other day I mishandled a dish and it fell on the floor, breaking into pieces, creating a big mess. Now, I could have been angry with myself for being clumsy and thinking “here’s another reason why life sucks!”. But I did the opposite. I began to smile and kind of make fun of myself for not being able to hold on to that plate properly. As I cleaned up the mess, there was no bitterness or anger. As a matter of fact, I did it with a smile on my face…I did it with peace. So whenever you find yourself in a similar predicament, just think of the silver lining, and don’t be shy to poke fun at yourself. You will quickly realize that peace finds its way much more easily to you when you smile.
Think outwardly
What I mean by this is that most of the time, we are so consumed within our own problems that we can no longer see the forest from the trees. Therefore, it helps to remind ourselves how big the world is. Take a moment and read up about some other countries, cultures, and the likes. Be aware that the world does not revolve around your problems. I find that when I hear about a tsunami or an earthquake killing hundreds of thousands of people on the other side of the world, my problems aren’t really “problems”. Looking beyond ourselves is very important in finding peace and it leads me to my next point.
Care about others
You will never find peace by being self-consumed and only worrying about your own needs and wants. When you begin to genuinely care about other people, so much goodness comes right out. This only helps into solidifying your inner peace. It can be people close to you or pure strangers, but any act of kindness and goodwill eases your way towards peace. When I help other people, I stop focusing on my so-called problems and realize that my life isn’t so bad after all. This rids my entire being of all the stress and feelings of overwhelm. There is great peace and wisdom in thinking and caring about other people, which we are blind to when we are too deep within our own selfish ways.
Never lose hope
Hope is something you can never afford to lose. With hope you always have a path towards peace. Whenever we get too stressed out and overwhelmed within our own life, we forget that hope. We forget that the sun always shines after a rainy day, and that this is merely a bump in the road. I find immense peace in just knowing, deep within my heart, that everything will be ok. With hope, I know that whatever is seemingly terrible, is only temporary and that soon enough, things will be just fine. This lifts off all of that negativity from my entire being, and I feel better pretty much instantly.
Embrace your beliefs
I am not one to pick or favor one belief system over another, so whatever it is that you believe in, embrace it with your entire being. Be within your faith 100% and peace will find its way into your heart. Now, we may all disagree on each other’s beliefs but one thing we must all agree on is that having a solid, healthy faith is crucial in founding a proper conscience that helps into guiding us towards peace and wisdom. There is a reason why research has shown that people that are deeply devoted to their faith have a higher life expectancy and are less likely to have diseases such as cancer. This is because they experience more inner peace, which is important if you want to increase the quality of your life.
Keep learning
One thing that provides us with much stress in life is the fact that we always worry about not having all the answers. Just accepting that you do not know everything, and that you are open to always keep learning is a tremendous step to take towards achieving inner peace. I find great joy in learning all kinds of different things, and just being aware that I am growing as a person each and every day provides me with great feelings of peace. Accept that life is one big journey of never-ending learning and you will find yourself closer to experiencing true peace within yourself.
Live in the present moment
Most of the time, what we worry about is relating to something either in the past, or something that hasn’t happened. Living in the present moment erases all such thoughts. Why worry about something in the past that we cannot ever change? (see point #1, accept what is). Why worry about something that we are not even sure will happen or not? This is why in the present moment, you find true inner peace. In the present moment, there are no problems and no concerns. There is only stillness, and it is within that stillness that you can uncover peace. I used to be such a person that worried all the time, to the point where I had trouble sleeping. Once I learned to live in the present moment, I stopped thinking about the past and any potential future, and just worried about being ever-present in each and every moment. My life is definitely more peaceful since then!
